SousVide refers to a simple yet magical trick: cooking in a vacuum-sealed bag. Food is prepared in a way that preserves vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients. Because food is cooked in a vacuum and at a low temperature, the inside of the meat remains juicy and tender.While the vegetables remain smooth and firm, this process is performed in the Gorenje compact steam oven.

Gorenje ovens offer fully automatic cooking programs with over 80 recipes to choose from, making them ideal for beginners. The secret to the automatic mode is quite simple – all parameters such as time, temperature, and heating are set automatically.The user simply selects the dish type and weight, then presses start; the oven will handle the rest.
