Ingredients:
- 1 kg spelt flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 packs cream of tartar
- 1 l mineral water
Preparation:
Pile the flour in a large bowl, add salt, and make a well in the middle. Add the olive oil and cream of tartar into the well. Add mineral water and mix into an even mixture with an electric mixer. Pour the mixture into a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
