Chocolate brownie with perfect chocolate “mud”


Let this advice be a special one because there should always be room for tasty chocolate. Your chocolate brownie certainly will be if you’re not too concerned about chocolate and possible implications it might have on your diet. However, just go back to counting calories another day. And do not count over 300 and you will be perfectly fine.


  • 300g melted chocolate,
  • 300g butter,
  • 300g sugar, 
  • 12 egg yolks. 

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Centigrade.

The cake is done when the top is slightly hardened and the dough still jiggles a little when you take it out of the oven. The same consistency as mud at its best.
